Semi-Private Tour
Customers will receive a full refund or credit for more than 48 hours notice of cancellation. From 48 to 24 hours of notice there will be a 50% refund. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows and less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will be charged the full price.
Any other Tour
Customers will receive a full refund or credit for more than 72 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
